About Me	I've been a nurse for nearly 35 years and was Managing Editor for the Stomsburg Headlight newspaper for a while. Three decades and one year ago I married a crazy, funny guy I met when I was living in Minneapolis. Our 26 year old daughter has two children: a 2 1/2 year old son and a daughter (born in August). Her husband is an Air Force Staff Sergeant working in Tactical Aircraft Maintenance. He served in Oman and Iraq last year. They moved to Kadena AFB in Okinawa last May. She is one semester shy of her BA in special-elementary education. Our 30 year old son is a professor at the University of Baltimore in Imaging and Digital Arts. His partner, M'eau, is working on his PhD and has a beautiful 10 year old daughter. My son became a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa after getting his BFA. M'eau is from Sierra Leone which borders Mali. I now work at a five county school for students from ages 2 -22 with Specials Needs. I'm a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse and ...(read more)
