About Me	I am currently living and working in Charlottesville, VA as a Department of the Army civilian intelligence analyst. The path to this position started in 1989 when I moved to Connecticut, to live with my grandmother there in Fairfield. While in Fairfield, I began drilling with an Army Reserve unit in New Haven - this unit would begin supporting an Army intelligence organization in Charlottesville in 1997. In 2003 and 2004 I was mobilized in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent 2004 in Charlottesville. This set me up for gain full-time employment there as a federal employee in 2009. Part of my work there relies on GIS mapping, which I studied as a Geography major and then in graduate school for Urban Planning at the University at Buffalo. My work in Charlottesville is busy and challenging, but also very meaningful, providing intelligence support to U.S. Army soldiers and a variety of military organizations.
