Kirby, passed away at the Powell vacation home in Jaco, Costa Rica. He was residing at the Powell 3 Duces Ranch in McCullough County, outside of Brady, Texas. He is survived by his mother Kathy Powell, his son Kelton Powell and wife Hannah, daughter Kaylee Powell and sister Jana Powell Davis and Husband George.
