| About Me | Born April 12, 1954 one day before the birthday of my grandfather Archie Adams. I think he probably was hoping I would wait one more day but I didn't know what I didn't know. Grew up in Leominster MA...have lived in numerous places within the city....moved to Barre MA for 8 months but came back because my life and heart are here. For those of you who might be thinking...BORRRRRRRRINNNNNG, that's because you don't happen to love where you are, MAYBE, and I do. Obviously I can't nor do I want to write my life story here but a few important things to me: I have 2 awesome sons, Ryan and Jared, in that order CHRONOLOGICALLY only. I have 2 daughters-in-law, and they are as awesome as my sons. What Dad could want more? I love my first wife, the Mom of the boys...not in the way husbands and wives do, but in the way I believe that ex-spouses should! We both had separate hands in raising the boys and that combination somehow seemed to work and we both proud of the choices they've made and the men and Dads that they are! Since my original writing of the "About Me" for my profile, I have huge additions to make. One is named Solara Carmela DelleChiaie and the other is Lilyana Jade DelleChiaie. Yup, I was blessed to become Papa to the greatest gifts yet. I spend time with them almost every week and though the hours may be short, they are the highlights for me. Just being with them sets my heart aglow...no words needed. Solara has that way of leaning her head on my shoulder and Lily with her love-tapping hand on my arm or shoulder.... and all is right in my world. And now, Papa will be blessed with number 3 in May!!! Today, I live simply, one day at a time (as trite as that may sound) trying to just enjoy the moments-to-moments! I enjoy inner peace that I've not experienced for most of my life prior to NOW. How can I ask for more? If I can be OK, peaceful, serene regardless of the "shit-storms" life brings along, what more can I desire. I've done the chase, I've always wanted to be somewhere other than where I WAS. That makes for restlessness, maybe irritability, and a little discontented in that mix. I'm ok where I am NOW...huge shift in my life. OK, OK...if you got this far, congrats.
