Ted began his long theater and writing career with his leading role as Tevya in the school's production of Fiddler on the Roof, He went on to a professional writing, directing musical composing, and radio career including returning to Leigh many times as director for school plays. He was respected and loved in the Bay area Theater community Ted will be missed by many,

I was the Rabbi's Son in that production of Toddler on the Roof and as one of the only two Jews involved in the production helped with pronunciation of some of the Yiddish. Ted was always a nice guy to those of us with smaller roles and I am surprised to hear of his passing.
