| About Me | Calvin College degree in Studio Art 1991. Met my wife, Mary, at Calvin, "girl next door" in the upperclass apartments. Master of Architecture at Michigan in 1994, which included a semester in Prague, Czech Republic, after which Mary joined me and we bopped around Europe by train and car. Have been employed by ProgressiveAE in Grand Rapids MI since grad school, where I serve as the market leader for church and learning design projects, youth centers, and family life centers. Was just named the West Michigan AIA chapter's "Young Architect Award" for 2007. Have taught an introductory architectural design studio 4 times at Calvin College.
