Name in ring is Kaye Tuggle found in Lebanon at a store. My husband worked for State Police when he found it. We have tried several times to find Kaye but no luck so far. My phone number is 276-646-5619. My name is Patsy Fullen. Year of graduation is 1981 on ring.
