He was a truly a patriot who served and loved this city , his family, extended family , classmates , faculty and this country
He was a Proud Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army and he continued his honorable service to the US government retiring after 20+ years Federal service
He is in my memories today , tomorrow and 4ever and is truly missed

Mickey lived half a block down, and across the street from me as a child... I can't count the times, he, my sister and I, would trudge up Ohio street, to what was then Hawthorne's grocery store, to get ten pounds of potatoes, so that my mom could make french fries, for lunch... ( No such thing as ' fast food ', in those days ) We actually crossed paths later in life, in South Vietnam... He was for all of the time I knew him, good people... Outside of my own family, he was my first real friend... I miss him dearly, and will forever be grateful,
for having known him... Rest well, my brother... HOORAH... !!!
