Favorite School Memory	Graduation, not that I was glad to get out of there, just that my graduation was unique. Midway through senior year I had been injured in accident and spent months in a hospital, first in traction then a full body cast. It was during this time that I realized how wonderful and kind my classmates were by their concern and visits. Also, although I turned them down, their heartfelt offer to provide an ambulance to carry me to the Senior play. When I was able to return to class that last month and then graduate I was awestruck when I stumbled across the stage while carrying my crutches(I wasn't supposed to put weight on my leg yet) to receive my diploma from Mr. Hooker and the whole assembly stood and applauded. I guess there had been rumors floating around that I had been near death from the accident. Anyway, it just made me feel good to be back and that I had been a part of that school. My least favorite memory of this time was that while I was in the hospital MJ Conklin, our janitor and town mayor, fell from the Gym ceiling and severely damaged his ankles.
