About Me	All we ever wanted was to learn and love and grow... ૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐૐ<3<3<3<3<3<3<3 Water, yoga, family, music, fresh organic food, herbs, flowers and plants of all kind, the grateful dead, love, justice, equity, activism, travel, and freedom for all living beings, these are what give my life meaning. Living in the amazing and absolutely gorgeous city of Seattle, completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Herbal Sciences at Bastyr University. Now I am in my last couple quarters of a 4 year Clinical Masters program studying Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I am so honored and excited to be studying at the world's leading academic center for advancing and integrating knowledge in the natural health arts and sciences and will be a part of changing the way we as a whole view health and medicine. I am learning from and with some of the most amazing people and am so blessed! I plan to make significant changes in our healthcare system, as it stands. I am an herbalist, I love plants and helping people incorporate more plants into their lives. As a healer I am here to lead people back into nature via plants. I love teaching people how to make their own medicine, grow their own food. I truly believe it is up to each of us to take control of our individual and collective health and happiness. The more people I can help reconnect with the healer that is innate in each of us through the amazing medicine surrounding us the better we will be as a planet. I am mostly concerned with social and health justice and returning stolen knowledge to the people, making the earth an equitable, healthy and happy place to be inhabited by all who share it. Still learning all Seattle has to offer, its a beautiful city but I doubt I will settle here, unless I fall in love...While I am here though, spending as much time in the wonders of nature this city and state have to offer, which is in great abundance, I may be slowly falling in love with Washington, in spite of the weather and cold people. I also took care of my mama for 5 years after she had a brain hemorrhage and emergency brain surgery in 2010 a week after my father died, and she died last May 24, 2015 to another stroke. I miss her so much. ♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫ I love walking around a city exploring the grit, the grime, the beauty, the art, the humanity as much as I love exploring a new river in the middle of nowhere, diving to the bottom of its clear rock bottom watching schools of fish glide through the currents to forever and beyond. Look at someone else as you would yourself, treat other families as you would your own, see your community in other communities, think of all countries as part of your being, and treasure the world as the round center of everything. How can I see the world like this?
