I remember Larry well in my years at Lawrence Central High (September, 1966 - June, 1970) :
1968 in May … he & I going to the first day of Time Trials at the Indy Speedway; Having him work with me at Speedway Car Wash on Shadeland Ave; His 1969 new Dodge “Super Bee” hot car in a few rides; and in 1971 his attempt to sell my folks and me on Amway products and selling.
Overall, he was a “cool guy”.
Sorry to read that he passed away several years ago.
