Carl Oldridge loved trucking, particularly flat bed trucks. He passed away, sadly, and very suddenly, driving a flat bed truck in Kansas, The truck rolled, taking even my overly strong husband by surprise and taking him off the road and out of this life and out of my life, as well, on August 30, 2022. He was a much loved Father, Step Father, Husband, Grandparent, and friend and did not live to see his first Great Grandson born. They only missed each other by less than two months. He always talked about school with you guys and gals and had some great memories to relate to me. He was always reaching out to someone who was less fortunate in life than the was with the life Carl built for us both, and I loved that about him. He liked to sing, play sports (football), fish, and hunt Shrooms, loved his Mom and my parents with a fierceness I have seldom seen in this life, and Carl is still missed so very sorely even almost 2 years later. He was a great guy and will live on in the memories of those who love him. If you were a friend of his in school, this is a heads up that another good man has gone to God. Carl loved his Heavenly Father with all his heart, so I know he is well and happy now.... I just miss his jokes, his long legs, his so deep voice, his loving kindesses, and even his temper.... we will meet again someday. God Bless You All and Stay Safe. Still Carl's proud wife, Judi.
