About	Stephanie Ann Evans Jensen, 28, of Magnolia, passed away, Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was a phlebotomist and lab processor at Hardin Memorial Hospital and a 2008 LaRue County High School graduate. She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Kathy Chelf Evans of Magnolia; two sons, Anden Jensen and Kyler Jensen, both at home; a brother, Stephen Evans of Magnolia; maternal grandparents, Richard and Shirley Chelf of Elkhorn; paternal grandparents, Herman "Pee Wee" and Carla Evans of Magnolia; her boyfriend, Spencer Pittman of Louisville and her ex-husband and father of her children, Anthony Jensen of Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Brother Shannon McCubbins officiating. Burial will follow in Old Sherman Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
