Favorite School Memory	Just being with friends. I actually didn't like high school!
About Me	I met my future husband in 1970 at a party at Western IL University. We married in 1974. In 1975, we moved to Yongers, New York. We both commuted to Manhattan (loved it!) where we worked. In 1978, my daughter, Stephanie, was born. In 1978, my son Stephen was born. We moved to Danbury, Connecticut in 1980 with our jobs. We lived in CT for 10 years, both working at Union Carbide Corp. We moved back to Illinois in 1990 and have been here since. We have a house in a Chicago suburb and a "get-away" studio condo in downtown Chicago. We plan to retire in about 5 years and live in a 2-3 bedroom Chicago high-rise 'cause we both love large cities! My daughter lives in D.C. after getting her Masters degree in Museum Education there, and my son works at the Sears Tower (has a Computer Science degree) for a marketing research firm. My husband, Steve and I have vacationed in Hawaii, California, Florida, Montreal. My daughter has been to Europe a few times, my son to Korea, and my husband (now a consultant) travels a lot -- recently to southern France. We'...(read more)
