About Me	Conesha Barron is an established opera singer who has traveled over the US and the World performing operas, choral works, and solo works. She has obtained a Bachelor in Music Performance from Alcorn State University and a Masters in Music Performance from The University of Mississippi. While at Alcorn State University, she was one of the lead soloists of the Alcorn State University Chorus. From Handel’s Messiah to Total Praise, Alcorn is noted for performing very versatile literature for a performance choir. Over the years, she has performed with the Mississippi Opera and Opera Chorus, University of Mississippi Opera, and Natchez Opera Festival including their state education program under the direction of the late David Blackburn. From New York to Washington to Austria, Mrs. Barron has performed in places like Carnegie Hall, the Presidents Inauguration, to Austrian castles.
