TRAINOR MICHAEL J. TRAINOR Michael "Mike" Trainor died on April 16, 2009 from a fall while hiking in Costa Rica. Mike was born on May 25, 1961. He grew up in McLean, VA and graduated from Langley High School in 1979. and George Mason University in 1984. He lived in Palatine, Illinois. Mike is survived by his mother, Kay Trainor, his father and stepmother, Richard and Margie Trainor all of Reston, VA; brothers, Christopher and Douglas; sister, Kimberly Sanchez; stepsisters, Kristina Grist and Karmela Barron. Services will be held Sunday, May 3, 2 p.m. at St. David''s Episcopal Church in Ashburn, VA.
