| About Me | After the Navy I went to college until I ran out of money and we had a family that I had tostart supporting. I worked at various and assorted jobs until I became disabled about 8 years ago. Now I run the house while my wife works. I help with the athletic program where my wife teaches. I keep score sometimes for basketball games. But most of the time I run the time clock. I have recently become involved with the Calhoun Players. A local community theatre group. We just jup on Guys and dolls for our spring show. In the fall we will be doing PInochio. It was great doing a show again after 40 years of not doing anything. My wife and I are actively involved in our local baptist fellowship. I work with grade and high school age boys and young men. My wife works with 5 ot 8 years old girls. I sing in the church choir, plus do other things as my disability will allow me to participate with. Our daughters have been involved with theatre in some way since they could talk and sing. Our youngest is presently a Musicla Theatre Major at Anderson Univ. in Anderson,SC. Our middle daughter graduated from North Greenville Univ. w/a degree in Theatre. So the last 6 years we have been running up and down the road to some play or musical somewhere. Three years ago we went to Indonesia for a month on a pleasure/ work trip. Our oldest daughter spent two years there as an english language specialist working with university students in Jakarta and later in Bondung.
