About Me	Retired in July 2019 from the City and County of San Francisco Public Library after 20 years! Member of the African-American Shakespeare Company based in San Francisco. Served in the Navy after joining in my senior year under the delayed entry program. Duty stations were the USS Goldsborough DDG-20 out of Pearl Harbor; USS Ranger CV-61 out of San Diego; finally Naval Station Treasure Island, San Francisco. Left the service in 1984 after serving 6 years as a Navy Journalist/Public Affairs Specialist. Love traveling when I can, especially to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. I try to go to Vancouver BC for their annual weeklong international fireworks competition which is then followed by their Pride celebration. Living in Oakland Califo...(read more)
