About Me	I joined the US Army as a medic right out of high school. I married my husband, also in the Army, in 1983. We moved 15 times in 20 years, living in great places like Hawaii and Germany and in no so hot places like Ukraine. We have 3 sons, ages 25, 23 and 20. My eldest is also in the military and is a veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars (served in both places with my husband). I went back to school in 2003 and earned a nursing degree, worked for a few years on a medical surgical floor at our local hospital and am now working as a lab coordinator for the nursing labs and s...(read more)
