| About | Kurt passed away in early 1999. He hadn't married, and there were no children. He will always be missed. As I understand it, the details are private out of respect to his family. He will always be sorely missed. |

Kurt loved his Chevy Monte Carlo & his Pontiac Firebirds. He taught me how to drive. We were friends for a while, a bunch of us, we would go to the movies & out to eat. He was pretty good at pool (billiards) and we used to play in his parents basement in Ringwood. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. To me, he always had a mischievous twinkle in his eye. He was always around to lend a hand when needed, he loved music - I remember him blasting Level 42 (band). We had a falling out, and I tried so hard to talk to him about it, to mend it, his friendship was really important to me, but he was so stubborn he wouldn't listen to me. I camped outside his apartment in Bloomingdale trying to mend fences, to no avail, unfortunately. I will miss my friend forever and I still cry about him, to be honest. - Leslie Holman, Class of 87.
