| About Me | I transferred to Highland Park High School for my senior year, though my heart was still in Lake Zurich. I went off to study theatre at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI and eventually ended up in New York City, where I received an MFA (with honors) in Film -- screenwriting and directing. Meanwhile I discovered the world of animation and eventually directed and animated the "Penny" cartoons for the CBS show "Pee-wee's Playhouse." I also spent many years directing and animating commercials. In 1996 Walt Disney Feature Animation recruited me to work on the film "Dinosaur" in Los Angeles, and I spent 4 years on it. After an additional year at Disney I worked on the film "Spirit" at Dreamworks. A few films later ("Stuart Little 2," "Men in Black II," and "Scooby Doo") I became the Lead Animator at EA Games in Los Angeles, working on the "Medal of Honor Games." I left EA to concentrate full-time on my photography and painting.
