About Me	I spent 11years in the United States Army. Took my basic training at Fort Polk in Louisiana the went to Fort Gordon Georgia. I went home for a week then had to report too Fort Louis in Seattle Tacoma Washington the to Viet Nam. I was there for a year from 1968-1969. I went through two Tet Offensives. I came home spent a week there, then went Birmingham Alabama to see the lady I had been writing for October 1968 - until I came. While I was there we got in gaged. What so weird was I had never seen her before all I had seen was pictures of her. I had bought her wedding rings in Viet Nam in the Army PX. We have just celebrated our 51 Wedding Anniversary in June on the 7th of this year. I have two daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter. My grandson is in Belmont in Nashville doing his in tern at Vanderbilt and working on his Doctors Degree In Pharmacy then he’s going to work on his Clinical to where he can work in the hospital.
