About	Paul Emerson Moore Obituary MOORE, Paul Emerson, 62, of Glen Allen, formerly of Norfolk, Va., passed away on April 15, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maudie and Luke Moore. He is survived by his long-time partner, Robert Francis McArdle Jr.; a brother, Mark Moore (Ella); two nephews, Phillip and David Moore; niece, Barbara Johnson; and a host of devoted friends. Paul was the former co- owner of Hair Port West for over 20 years. The family will receive friends at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside service Tuesday, 1 p.m., Westhampton Memorial Park.
