About	Renee is survived by her husband David Ackerman, sons Blaine Carlisle and Kyle Ackerman, daughter Brittany Smith (Justin), and grandson Hunter Graem. She is also survived by her mother, Berdene Baldwin, her father Lawrence Baldwin (Dianna), brother Shawn (Cathy), sisters Laurie Almoslino and Tanya Barclay (Todd), plus several nieces and nephews. After a two year courageous fight against breast cancer, she passed peacefully at her home into the arms of Jesus. Her passion was running and she completed a marathon, several half marathons after being diagnosed. She was generously involved with her church “The House” in Vancouver and Bingen, WA, devoting her time to the children and putting her accounting degree to good use. She enjoyed tending to her horses and her garden and crocheting gifts for her family and friends. Lake Chelan and Cabo were her favorite places. Among her hobbies was growing her extensive collection of flip flops.
