Linda McGiness
Class of 1968
Linda was the coach of the only state championship team when she coached the 1976 girls state basketball team to a state titile . Something she is very proud of being a
Lake City alumni and being able to do an awesome job with a great team of girls. A feat
that will never be forgotten. She also says a big thank you to Jeanine Brandt who was
her junior varsity coach at the time. However, the biggest thanks goes to those great
girls who put in so much time in to make a large dream come true. THANK YOU and
remiember you were the first and that lasts forever! Congruations, it will always be the
greatest part of TROJAN lore!!!
