Neil (1954-2009) served in the USCG for over 24 years. He was stationed on Governor's Island, Brooklyn Air Station, in Miami, and a few other stations, but mostly on GI, he lived in Cesapeake, VA and was married, had 2 daughters and three grandchildren.
