Succumed after 8 years of Alzheimers. He has left behind his loving wife of 51 years Joanna and two sons: Todd and Travis and two grand children Mason and "Emmie".

it was a pleasure knowing David during our high school years together at La Jolla High.David was a semi-quiet person but interesting to listen to and a joy to be around. I understand about Alzheimer's spending 20 years US Naval hospitals and knowing what the next of kin both through with this type of patient. David is in a better place though where he is free of pain very good by David we will miss you and again it was a pleasure knowing you.
