About	Douglas was active in sports Lettering in both Basketball and Tennis. Playing multiple brass instruments primarily French Horn and Trombone. Playing in orchestra, jazz band and was Drum Major of the Highlands Marching Band. Standing 6 feet 4 inches he was a striking figure in the formal Scottish Kilt uniform worn proudly for so many years of Highlanders. Doug loved music, becoming a teacher for several years before succumbing to the burnout of teaching in California. He worked Disney at Studios Burbank as computer operator, until Disney Corperation moved operations to Orlando. He remained in California, living and working in Temple City as substitute teacher. I miss him dearly.
