About Me	My wife SueAnn and I are retired in Mesa AZ and we have a cabin in the White Mountains of NE AZ where we love to go to escape the 110 degree summer heat of the city. We would like to do more traveling now that we have time. Otherwise I am spending time with my sons and granddaughter that live in the area, puttering round with our cars and truck, maintaining our homes and of course, wasting time on the internet. We love visits with our out of town kids and grand kids. After high school I obtained my B.A. from Marquette U taking pre-law courses, with majors in economic history and accounting (I took extra courses in summer) while working two jobs one at a scuba diving shop eves and one in accounting at a corporation mornings. I followed that with my law degree from the U of WI. Later in life, I obtained a masters degree in tax and business law at the U of Denver. My interests and hobbies have included water sports from boating and jet skis to scuba diving. When my Dad was alive we worked on cars and motorcycles together. When my sons and daughter were old enough they were included not only in the fun stuff, but also in learning to maintain their vehicles. We especially liked ski vacations to Colorado, which included visits with my sister, Sue who lives in Denver and she was usually included in the trips to the ski resort. Today we ski and snowboard in Arizona. My lake excursions now center on fishing... I spent the final 10 years of my legal career as a legal auditor in the corporate office of Scottsdale Ins Co, a division of Nationwide. Prior to that I spent 30 years practicing law in Milwaukee and Janesville, WI, Denver, Colorado and finally here in Phoenix. One of my fondest memories is when Earl Seaton popped in unannounced to my office on the 10th floor of the First Federal Building in Janesville in the summer of 1994. It was the best surprise one could imagine. We reminisced about my high school exploits (And his efforts to keep me out of trouble) and my pursuits in life thereafter. I shall be forever grateful for the guidance he gave me in high school and for his approval of whatever level of success I had achieved thereafter. Receiving an 'atta boy' from Coach Seaton is something I will always cherish, whether on the football field or at that visit. I have 4 children from previous marriages, A son in Long Beach, CA, a daughter in Madison, WI and 2 sons live here in the Phoenix area. My wife has 2 daughters. We have 5 grandchildren so far.
