Duane A. Welke, 61 of Onalaska passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at Mayo Health System, La Crosse. He was born in La Crosse on May 25, 1957 to Lloyd and Julia (Odegaarden) Welke and raised in Hokah, MN. On October 6, 1990 Duane married Pamela Strittmater and they celebrated 28 years of marriage. Duane is survived by his wife, Pamela; three daughters, Maria Lugo-Jimenez of Rockland, Samantha Welke of Onalaska, and Sabrina Welke of La Crosse; two sons, Ricardo Jimenez of La Crosse and Joshua Welke of Onalaslka; a grandson, Leif Welke; and two granddaughters, Sandra and Mariana Lugo-Jimenez. He was preceded in death by his parents.
