My Aunt and Best Friend, passed away unexpectantly 5 years ago. A graduate of L.W. Higgins. Joyce was only 47 years old. Joyce worked at West Jefferson Hospital, Truman Middle School and some other locations on the Westbank. A good person whom I miss and love very much.
