Class of 1980
Air Force, 20 Years
From Kossuth, went to Florida for a few months with the Shipmans (Thanks Monkey) to work Construction while waiting for my delayed entry date. I left home December 1980 and had a whirlwind 20 year career. Saw much more of the world than ever dreamed I would. Was blessed and protected the entire time. Stations included Charleston AFB, Woomera, Australia, Eglin AFB, (Did a short tour to Saudi Arabia During Desert Shield/Desert Storm from Eglin), retired with 20 years from Ramstain, Germany. What an awesome ride. My next career (gotta put bread on the table) has me doing some things never imagined possible for me, but am still a civil servant.
