About Me	After High School I started to go to scholl for engineering but just wanted to cook Heather Crowley and I moved in together in a little 2nd floor apt in rutherford, NJ. she went to medical school and I went to HCCC for culinary arts. durring college I worked at The Woodcliff lake hilton, and got promoted to Sous Chef after I graduated, then to boston where I was chef Garde Manger for 3 years and then Copley''s grand cafe chef for 3 years in the Fairmont Copley Plaza, While heather completed her residency iin Pathology at Beth Isreal Deconess hospital in Boston. Then Heather GOt her first job in Exeter, NH and I worked Portsmouth, NH at the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel as excutive sous chef, and ran the marina restaurant latitudes for 2 seasons. Heather and I got married on June 16, 2000 and have 2 wonderful kids, Ashlyn and Griffin, and bought a house in East kingston, NH.
