About Event
Friday night (60's music, dinner, and mingling) will be held at the Alden Beach Resort conference room. There will be all you can eat and drink (bottled water, sodas, beer, and wine.) Liquor drinker? Pack a flask! Registration at 6:30pm. Casual attire. Parking will be limited at the Alden so a free shuttle will be available to follow you from the Alden (when you arrive) to a public parking lot down the street and it will take you back to the public lot that night.
Saturday Luncheon will be held outside the Alden under tents around noon. All you can eat and drink (bottled water, sodas, beer, and wine.) Remember your sunglasses, hats, sunblock, and bathing suit, if you're bold ;)
Saturday Night Gala will be held at the City of Treasure Island City Hall Auditorium. The registration for the event will begin at 6:00pm. All you can eat dinner (sit down dinner with casual attire) and unlimited drinks (bottled water, tea, sodas, beer, wine, and sangria) will be served. A special presentation will follow dinner and then mingling and dancing to a live 60's band! There will also be a free shuttle from the Alden to the City Hall Auditorium so no "Designated Drivers" required ;)

Reminder. ..since we are holding the Friday night event at the Alden in St Pete Beach and the Saturday night bash at the Treasure Island hall, I had to list both addresses within the same boxes on the above form...I know it looks a little confusing, but it was the only way they let me get both addresses listed. ..
