About	Beverly Ann Skinner, 73 of St. Anthony, died Monday, February 26, 2018. She was born on September 26, 1944 in Enid, Oklahoma to James Elmer Blackwell Jr. and Lillie Cleopatra Glasscock Blackwell. With her father in the Army Air Corp she traveled with her family and attended schools in many different places until he retired in Florida. Beverly attended South Florida and Florida State Universities.
