I have some good news and some bad news. I want to first start off by saying it has been a crazy week. Unfortunately we were informed somehow we were double booked for Oct 12 2013. We spent the day yesterday looking at other places. Without having to raise cost of tickets and prices since we have already set these cost we opted to stay with the Stage Coach Inn and continue with the same plans we had however we are now going to do this on Oct 5th 2013. I hope that this is not an inconvenience to you all and that all of you will still be able to attend. This was the only way to do this without having to start all over and change many things. I do apologize for any confusion but we are still having this event and I most certainly look forward to seeing everyone.
