About Me	Associate in Business degree. Worked mostly in law firms in Dayton. Married in 1978 to Richard Deringer. Had 2 daughters, Andrea (1982) and Erica (1984). Moved to Dublin (near Columbus) in 1995. Worked at Ashland Inc. in Law Department, from 1998 to 2014. Andrea married Adam Ringel in 2014 and has a daughter, Adelaide, and has a degree from OU and another from OSU. Erica graduated from U. Toledo, and masters from U.
