About Event
• 1pm to 4:30 pm – Snacks and Games – Picnic Shelter in the Park
Bring snacks to share - fruit or veggie trays, nuts, chips, and cookies that can remain cool. Paper Plates, napkins, water and soft drinks will be provided.
Activities/Games – Corn Hole, Giant Wooden Jenga and others you suggest, or we select.
• 4:30 to 5pm – Check in for BBQ Dinner
• 5pm to 7pm – Menu: Hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, condiments along with selection of salads and dessert.
• 7pm to 9pm- Hanging out and having fun!
• 9pm to 9:30 – Clean up for anyone who wants to help
• Name Tags: Bring one of your old Reunion tags, if not note that below.
