Frank was married with 5 kids and 3 grandchildren, and he lived in Ellensburg, WA. After 22 years in the US Army where he served in over four countries and multiple states. He retired as a Captain and then worked as a logistician and maintenance tech for a retirement facility. He enjoyed sport shooting, riding his sportster and his family. Frank Kurt Otte died at age 63 at his home in Ellensburg, Washington, on May 15, 2014
