Following graduation, Gale moved to Pendleton, Oregon. She married and had 3 children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. She loved to camp, go fishing, mushrooming, driving the golf cart, and traveling with her life partner, Jimmy Prater. Gail was a life-long member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Family described her as always, the first one to help someone in need and always put others before herself. She passed away after a short but hard fight with cancer on September 22, 2016.
