Bill was born 1949 in Richland, Washington. He married Lisa in 1989 and they had one daughter Noel. My last memory with Bill was the summer after high school graduation when he, Bob Gilmore and myself took in a movie at the drive in theatre in Bill's 1958 Chevrolet. Fun times.
