Mrs. James B. (Minnie Belle) Boies, 68, of 5428 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick, died yesterday in Kennewick General Hospital.
She was born in Henry County, Iowa. She married James Burdett Boies, March 7, 1922, in Kennewick and has been a resident of Kennewick since 1917. She graduated from Kennewick HIgh School in1921. She was a member of the West Highland United Methodist Church, Women's Society of Christian Service and the Afternoon Circle of the United Methodist Church and the Highland Sewing Club.
Survivors include her husband, James, sons Frank L., Prosser; James Robert, Llano, TX; daughter Mrs. Steve (Mary) Czebotar, Kennewick; brother William Moore, Kennewick and 9 grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Mueller Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow in Desert Lawn Cemetery, Kennewick.
