Robert - "Bob" to those who knew him - passed in his sleep at home in the early hours on 5 April 2021, at the age of 78. He is survived by his children Todd Weber, Troy Travis, and Angela Travis, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as innumerable non-biological kids he took under his wings over his incredible lifetime. His request was that he be cremated and laid to rest without celebration of life, funeral, or viewing, believing that if he wasn't visited in life, he shouldn't have such attentions paid upon him after he's passed.

Bob was a friend of mine in 1963 and 4. I met him through other friends and he organized cleanup parties at Burbank Wa. on the sandy shores of the river. It was quite a party spot for weekends, so Bob would get a bunch of us together and meet out there to clean up the beer bottles, etc. He brought a big garbage can out to help the effort. I had a 1950 Chevy that needed a paint job, and he got some of his friends to do that for me. I don’t remember having to pay for any of it. I moved away after my 1964 graduation, so haven’t kept in touch since then. We never dated; I don’t remember ever seeing him with anyone special, other than the group of us. Thanks for the memories Bob.
