Cheryl K. Smith
Class of 1969
Cheryl K. Smith has been raising miniature dairy goats since 1998. She is creating a new breed called the Oberian, which is a cross between a Nigerian Dwarf and an Oberhasli. Cheryl has authored two books on goats: Goat Health Care (karmadillo Press, 2009) and Raising Goats for Dummies (Wiley, 2010). She speaks to various groups on Keeping Your Goat Healthy and Goat Midwifery.
