About Me	After college and OCS, and a stint in the Navy during the Viet Nam conflict, and graduate school; I married, retired to the country hills of southeastern Kentucky, started a family and a career in manufacturing engineering (Geology was too hazardous in the back "hollars" of Appalachia!) I worked for many different companies making everything from automotive insulation to cryogenic heat exchangers, from moveable wall systems and office furniture to medical electronics and 3M telecommunications products. What a fun career! Along the way I did a couple entrepreneurial enterprises in wood carving, lift chairs, mail order, and brochure distribution.
