John Alan Gauthier, 80 years of age. 1944 - February 11, 2025
The most loving and caring Husband and Dad a family could ever have asked for, is now in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father. He was & remains the love of his wife June's life.
To those who knew him, they will remember him as a very loving and giving person. One who gave freely to others, most especially his family. Often putting himself 2nd to their needs and never regretting it.
Though he had many accomplishments in his life, the one that would stand out the most would be the day he gave his heart and life to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, nearly 50 years ago.
It was that choice he made all those years back that gave him the courage & faith to face death, knowing that when it came, he would see his Savior Jesus, face to face.
God was so good to give him over a year from the time the Oncologist told me when changes where likely to occur. That being between the 4th & 6th month from September7th, 2023. John opted out of treatment & test of any kind...but simply placed his faith in God for each day.
He leaves behind him his wife June, of 49 years & his children. Daughter, Jayne Melissa Gauthier Winfrey & Husband Randy Winfrey. Daughter, Sarah Gauthier & her Fiancé ,Ross Boucher...& Son Ryan Mitchell & his Wife Jessa & their 5 children, Xavier, Jamison, Lincoln, Jackson & Rowan. Also Acadia & Tavhin Gauthier....Grandchildren. He also leaves behind many friends & extended family.
