About	On Monday, August 4th, 2025, the Most Beautiful, Loved, Generous, Kind, and Cool Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend lost her long and hard-fought courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Penny was born in Buffalo, NY, in 1946, where she was the oldest daughter of a large and beautiful blended family, Peter, Jeffrey, Penny, Doug, Greg, and Patti, who shared their time between Buffalo and Pinecrest Acres within Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. In 1977, Penny and Wayne moved with their children, Andrea and Adam, to Kendale Lakes, FL to start their spectacular Miami adventure. Among her most significant joys were spending time, caring for, and loving her family. Specifically, the joy she received from being a grandmother to Shelby, Laura, Alec, Micah, and Pacey was perhaps her greatest. Penny was put on this Earth to be a mother and grandmother. Penny is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Lippman) Loeb; her son, Adam Lippman; her son-in-law, David Loeb; and her grandchildren, Shelby, Laura, Alec, Micah, and Pacey. In June of 1970, she married Wayne Lippman. They were together for 40 years and, during that time, shared life and love. Penny’s death was preceded by the deaths of Wayne, her parents, Alan Davis, Bernice Citron, and Ralph Citron, and her brother, Jeffrey Citron. Her family will be forever grateful for the outpouring of love during this difficult time.
