About	MURPHY - John T. "Jack " After a long courageous battle, he entered into rest to be with his loving daughter, Betsy, on November 5, 2014; beloved husband of Mary Lynn (nee Rolling) Murphy; devoted father of John, William and Keith (Lori) Murphy; cherished grandfather of Meighan, Elizabeth, Jack, Logan and Tommy; dearest brother of Margaret (late William) Scott, Michael (Sharon), Patrick (Beth), Rory (Diane) and the late Timothy (late Joan), Kathleen Sweeney, Eileen (James) Carney and Joan (late William) Draves; brother-in-law of Ann (Dr. John) Burns, Elizabeth (William) Erdman and Margaret (Thomas) Stuhler; dearest son of the late Timothy and Joan Murphy; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Events	The family will be present on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd.) where prayers will be offered on Monday at 8:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church, Kenmore, at 9:30 AM. Friends invited. Jack was a United States Navy Veteran and a retired Police Lieutenant for the Tonawanda Police Department. Flowers gratefully declined.
