About	NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Rod Berg, 67, of Lake Hartwell Drive, entered into rest January 15, 2014. Mr. Berg was a native of Buffalo, NY, a former resident of Salem, Arkansas and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, having made North Augusta his home for the past 7 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Augusta and the Bridges Sunday School Class. Mr. Berg retired as a Real Estate Broker. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Berg was a principled man who believed in standing up for the common man. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Nancy Berg; four daughters, Kimberly Sue Morey, McDonough, GA, Kelly Lynn Jones, Sandy, UT, Kristen Mae Rushton, Bakers City, OR and Lori Cline, Hudson, FL; his mother, Betty Berg, Kenmore, NY; a brother, Ted Berg, Kalispell, MT; two sisters, Patty Rowles and Peggy Davidson, both of Kenmore, NY; 23 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
Events	Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 o'clock from the First Baptist Church of North Augusta. Rev. Roy Kiser officiating. Posey Funeral Directors of North Augusta in charge of arrangements.
