| About Me | I graduated and got on a bus, literally! I marched with two different drum and bugle corps; Tarheel Sun (1997, 1998), and the Crossmen (1999-2001) and was an instructor with the Crossmen in 2002. I finished up my degree at George Mason in the fall of 2002 and then moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan, where I did a little grad school, taught middle and elementary school band, and froze. In 2004 I moved to Charlottesville, VA, where I attended the University of Virginia for a year while helping start the new marching band. I suspended my masters degree in 2005 to take a job at Chantilly High School in Fairfax County, where I have taught ever since. I am also finishing my Masters at George Mason while I work.
